Each phase is a real issue with a real revision table. You take the SD set to the owner, the DD set to the consultants, and the CD set to the reviewer who has to seal it.

The consultant sheets are not imported PDFs sitting next to the architectural set. They are drawn from the same graph, which is what makes a duct and a joist disagree on screen instead of on site.

A detail is a promise to a framer.
Adding a detail is a new file, not an engine change — so the library grows without anyone touching the code that renders your set.
What it will not do is part of the specification.
Not for construction or permit submission until reviewed and sealed.
- It does not seal. No licence number, no signature, no stamp graphic — not as a placeholder, not in a demo.
- It does not submit. A set goes to a jurisdiction when a licensed professional decides it is ready.
- It does not replace a survey or a geotechnical report. Where the set depends on site data it does not have, it says so on the sheet.
- It does not decide what the code leaves to an official’s discretion. Those go to the reviewer flagged, not resolved.
